Meizu M5s was supposed to be dropped by 27th January but due to unknown reasons the company withheld the device and rescheduled the release for a later date.
Recently, the smartphone was spotted on the Chinese electronics regulatory agency, TENAA, and now new leaked images of the Meizu M5s smartphone surfaced on Chinese microblogging website Weibo.
The new images reveals the back and front design of the smartphone and they are similar to the rumors we’ve been hearing so far about the device.
According the images, the Meizu M5s has a home button which also acts as the fingerprint sensor. It is suppose to run on an octa core MediaTek MT6753 SoC processor with a clockspeed of 1.3GHz with a 5.2-inch IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixel as well as dual SIM with dual Standby support.
The Meizu will be coming in 3 different variants, a 2GB/16GB, 3GB/ 32GB model and the last being a 4GB/64GB. The camera sensors are also amazing with a 13MP unit rare camera and a 5MP front for selfie shoots. The device will be running on Android Marshmallow 6.0 out of the box, and a small 2930mAh battery.
Additionally, the device will also come with Meizu mCharge fast charging technology, as well as Meizu’s mTouch fingerprint identification technology.
The Meizu M5s pricing will be starting at 999 Yuan which is approximately 145$ for the base model which is the one with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage.
