Google has introduced so many helpful Apps that made life easier for you and me. Also, among these apps, they have also discontinued many of them because of one reason or the other.
One App that will be joining the leagues of Google’s discontinued apps is the Google space. Announced on May 16, 2016 by Luke Wroblewski, the product director. On May 17, 2016 the app was available on Google Play for Android devices running Android 4.1 or higher and later made available for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS operating systems.
Google Space allows group chatting and messaging between users. A user can initiate a conversation by creating a ‘space’ and then inviting his/her friends to join via messaging, email, or another social network. Once inside a ‘space’, there’s a box at the bottom of the screen where one can tap buttons to post links and images and other content to the chat room. A conversational view lets users see what the group is talking about.It never had much traction though, and with a low usage. There is this saying that goes:
