On a blog post yesterday, Google stated that “we’re rolling out a public beta to eligible devices that are enrolled in the Android Beta Program, including Pixel and Pixel XL, Nexus 5X, Nexus Player, and Pixel C devices”.
In addition, they are also preparing an update for Nexus 6P. Try to enroll your device in the beta program so that you can be among the first Android users to get a feel of Android OS updates whenever one is available for your Phone. You will receive the OTA.

If you have an eligible device that’s already enrolled, you will get the public beta update in the next few days. You can also download and flash this update manually.
The final release of Android 7.1.2 will be out in a couple of months.

For now, the beta is only available for Pixel and Pixel XL, Nexus 5X, Nexus Player, and Pixel C devices.

What’s new on Nougat 7.1.2? Well, Google doesn’t really say much when it comes to things like this, they prefer you test it out yourself. Stay tuned as I fetch that info for you.
